• Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move may incur a fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Ensure clear access to moving locations.
• Secure fragile or valuable items, unless packing services are included.

5. Liability & Insurance

• We handle items with care, but liability is limited to the insurance coverage chosen.
• We are not liable for damages caused by unsafe conditions or improperly packed items (unless packed by us).

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive for punctuality, delays due to weather, traffic, or unexpected events may occur. We will communicate promptly in such cases.
